Best Time for Ebay Auction?

I need to put some 16'' Phonedials (23.3 offset) on ebay and what time/day would be best to start the 7 day auction?

From what I've read it seems like Sunday night is the best day, but it sems like Friday would also be a good day.

Sunday's good. I've had luck also on Friday and other weekdays that the majority of people will be home. Don't have them end late in the night or in the middle of a work day. These are the auctions I look for and can usually get a good buy because of less competition.

I have my auctions end around 12-1pm on either Saturday or Sunday afternoon. The reason for this is that you can catch European buyers in their evening and it's obviously daytime in the US.

I mainly sell motorsport books and sometimes models, these are things that can reasonably be shipped around the world. I would expect for your wheels that most bidders will be in the US, so maybe what I suggest really doesn't make sense. Just don't have them end during work hours on either the East or West coast.

Good luck with your auction, I hope they bring a good price for you.

Matt

I've found early-mid weekday evenings (EST) to be best. My reason being that potential purchasers usually have a set schedule during the week...less so on the weekend. But that doesn't speak to seasonal type items.
I also limit the length of an auction to 5 days. I feel 7 days can be long enough to have people lose interest.
