Here's a thought: Maybe you're posting on the wrong forum.

As far as I can see (I’ll admit; I haven't looked each and every one), other than comments about the drive that you took with the PNW Pelicans in your Mitsubishi last summer, I don't see any Porsche related postings in your history. I only see your political diatribes. And while I’m always interested in hearing intelligent, well reasoned arguments from people with whom I disagree, yours are neither.

Why do you spend so much of your time on a Porsche related bulletin board? Is it possible that you should be posting on some neocon_moonbat.com bulletin board instead?

In any event it’s no skin off my nose if you stay or leave. As of tonight, you’ve finally earned my very first “ignore” status in this or any other on line community.

Jamie - ignoring Mul is like ignoring TABS or even a hangnail. Try as you might it will get into you. The more you deny they greater the power they have. Besides, think of the balence that is established. The left defines the right and vice versa.

The gate swings way off to one side of the post with Mul but the gate swings. You don't want a gate that don't swing son. That is called a fence and fences will keep stuff in or keep stuff out and that ain't helpfull when your moving your head from one field to another. (lil cowboy philos fer ya)

While I maintain that those who value their chosen political affiliation/party over the greater good of their nation are despicable and worthless humans, I am no longer angered by Mul's mindless screeds.

Now, I realize they are the bile spewed forth by a man who sounds like he leads a pretty sad life and is railing out againt a society that apparently does not value what he has to offer. He's like a pelican parts forums version of michael douglas' character in 'Falling Down'. It's not only not worth getting upset over, but his apparent inability to realize just how much of a caricature he comes across as is almost pitiable.

He's probably just mad because mitsubishi voided his warranty and might not stick around in the states for much longer. That, and people keep asking him why he put such a big spoiler on his Mirage.

He's just not worth getting mad at. Depraved elite like me just laugh and forget about him.

There are many others on the OT forum in the same boat. CC (who never has owned a Porsche), Stuart in Australia (believe he sold his 911) and several others who just come here to post without having a Porsche. There are many people on this forum in this catagory.

If you think that Mul agitates, then what are your feelings toward Pat? Rodeo? The both do little else than agitate and almost always in the political arena. Would love to see if you have Pat and Rodeo on the ignore list as well. If not then your leaning in your chosen direction and ignoring Mul, leaving your chosen few to rant and rave with no retort.

There is a HUGE difference, even between the worst of the liberal posts here these days, and Mul's posts. Simply put, Rodeo does not click "reply," and then just type something like "Well that's because those whining liberals can't find their @ssholes using both hands." Mul does, and he's still the only one.

And quite frankly, to characterize Mul's first iteration here as not deserving the ban that was imposed......shows more than a tad bit of subjectivity. Mul's first iteration here was colossally abominable. It was WAY WAY out of line and I felt he should have been banned much more quickly. Heck, even if I owned Pelican and was okay with mudslinging, I would have banned him for purely legal reasons. The bogotry was as thick as molasses. Any defense of that stuff is similarly misplaced. Today, I would agree that he stays between the lines, technically.

Ummmm, the last time I checked, this BBS was not only mindful of the Porsche enthusiast, but the BMW enthusiast as well. It's a safe bet that there are several Bimmer owners who have never owned a Porsche (even though, deep down inside they all wish they did... ).

By your logic, these Bimmer drivers shouldn't be posting here either.

Look, it's simple enough. If you don't want to read what he's written, put him on "ignore". Or even easier yet, just look elsewhere. No one is forcing you to look, just as no one is forcing you to read this. So again I say, "Look elsewhere."
