No kidding, what a load...

Dyngus day is a polish holiday and celebrated in exactly two communities, Buffalo NY, & South Bend IN (Area where I grew up) + maybe Chicago. Turns out the local politicians use this day to start their campaigns- In the bars. Great reason to go drinking and rub elbows with the local politicos. Spent many an Easter Monday at the watering hole.

No one in Cincinnati has even heard of it. They eat Metts and 5 way spaghetti here though.
