Yup, they've been available for a while now. I'm surprised it was only a $50 fine.

$50 fine? That is SO worth it.

I believe that is what used to be known as a "chrome box".

Along with a cell phone jammer, should be in every rush hour commuter's glove box.

California actually passed a law two years ago making possession and use of these gizmos illegal.
