Computer Gurus.........Help needed........

How do you access a computer if it has password protected log in ? It's windows Vista.

I don't think you can unless you reload vista, start guessing passwords I guess?

There is a password change disk that you can download, it works NT4 through Vista I think. It'll create a boot disk and you can change the Windows password from that.

But, if anything is encrypted and the password is changed, it's all toast, that's often not the case though.

Yep, it's not hard to do. If you have physical access to a computer, no password will stop you from gaining access, you just need to right software and it's free on the Internet...
