Nightcap, Fistful of dollars or The Outlaw Josey Wales?
It's all Eastwood all the time at the Daddy's house tonight. Which is better?

Josey Wales is good, it has been awhile since I broke out my Eastwood video set. I like the one where he spits tobacky juice on the scorpian (cant remember which ones have the spitting scenes)! I must be a sicko!

Outlaw Josey Wales is one of my all time favorite movies. "Now spit!" Hold on if it's on the carpet my wife will kill me. Ok, I'm back. Another classic line to me is Fletcher saying "Don't piss down my back and tell me it's rainin'". That is a classic movie!!!

Believe it or not, we are considering trading or selling the Audi as after driving it for awhile the wife is missing her smaller less boat like BMW!
She can't tell where her bumpers are in tight parking and the car gets about 18-20 mpg instead of the 25 or so we get with the old BMW. I spent a few weeks stripping and repainting the hood along with repainting the fenders and front bumper cover. I also found and fixed a leaking transmission cooler, hooked up the power steering cooler, flushed and refilled the power steering, replaced a control arm, a CV boot and changed the transmission oil and filter. Just after I get it all sorted out, wife says she would rather have another 3 series BMW. After working on this car, I am guessing that long term, the all wheel drive, tiptronic trans, twin turboes and tight working conditions under the hood may make it tough to keep a high mileage Audi on the road compared to a 5 speed, 2 wheel drive, NA BMW. It is a nice car and you gave me a great deal, but I am thinking we might "get while the getting is good".

Thomas was fun! The activity tents were all pretty much the same which was disappointing. So was Sir Toppen Hat. The guy didn't even wear a top hat. The best advice to avoid the crowd is to go early to see the tents etc... Then wander around the village and see the history attractions and when the kids get tired of that stop for ice cream. Then ride Thomas and call it a day. The train was pretty cool cause the eyes actually moved. Here are some pics from Greenfield Village:
That is supposed to be sir toppen hat from what I was told. ![]() Thomas: ![]() In the gift shop: ![]() Train Display: ![]() Ice Cream!! ![]() I have more, but you get the idea........... Have fun watching your movie Joel!

Thanks Bill, looks like the boy had a great time. How long is the train ride? How long did it take to "see it all"? I'm just trying to good a good handle on my schedule.

Joel - The train ride was only like 20 minutes. But we got there about 9-9:30 and got an awesome parking spot and saw some historic stuff. Our train ride was at 1:30 and we were out of there by 2 easy cause the kids fell asleep. My wife (Sandy) and I are talking about getting a babysitter and going back to see all the stuff we wanted to see. The kids wouldn't enjoy the history stuff cause it's "too boring". They have a old Model T you can get a ride in like a taxi and a carousel. My son, for some reason, has issues with the carousel and the model t. Wouldn't go on them. I gotta toughen' him up!!!

Oh, one last thing Joel. The eyes on Thomas ACTUALLY move! I saw them moving and some people didn't and they didn't belive me. So watch for that and tell your kids to watch for it. It makes it "more realistic" in my book.....
