What is it with these childish threats? You know you're not going to follow through, why bother?

Childish threats? Not going to follow through? (I might not follow through if you're a woman.......clad in your Muslim female/wannabe soldier disguise).
So........"what are you; a man? OR A WOMAN?" (And what is Red Ufo?)

I didn't see Red Ufo in that picture. Was he right behind you getting in position for a reach-around?

It's kinda' early to be hitting the bottle guys, and again, as always, this thread isn't about me, and never was.

It's good to see you all silly like this, takes what passes for your minds off the decline and eventual fall of the Bush'ist camp.

And, Iran still won't be bullied by you Bushi'ists.

Wait, is that actually Pat? Pat, is that your self-portrait?

If that is, I have to say that it puts you, Pat, in an entirely new league of the tin-foil-hatted -- right up into an atmosphere of pure hilarity! :D :D

I mean, I guess it's one thing to dress up like that and play Radical Infidel-Killing Terrorist, say, when you're a kid in Pakistan or something. But playing dress-up when you're a chubby, middle-aged guy wearing sweat pants and goofy glasses? And taking a picture of it? And then posting it on the internet?

Bwaaaaaaaaaaahahaha! http://www.pelicanparts.com/support/smileys/wat6.gif

Folks, you can't make this stuff up. You really can't. We should all enjoy it while it lasts.

The sad part is not so much the photo...but that he posted it himself. He obviously thinks it is a pretty cool shot.....
and any normal human thinks it is the funniest thing they ever saw.
Sorta like a guy who continually tells you he is a warrior...a true military expert....with decades of military service...and uses that...and his self-reported years of work in intel over and over to bolster his arguments.....
then you find out he was just a nurse emptying bedpans in a national guard unit...who got out when it looked like he might have to actually serve during a conflict.
Oh the humanity!

d993 05-07-2006 09:03 AM

Hey Pattycake, how old were you when you received your clitorectomy?

So true!
I wouldn't doubt it one bit!

Yet, Iran is still in the driver's seat on this issue.

Quote:

Five major UN powers still far apart on Iran draft

The five veto-wielding UN Security Council members ended another round of talks that apparently failed to bridge differences over a draft resolution requiring Tehran to halt uranium enrichment.

The ambassadors of Britain, France, China, Russia and the United States -- the so-called P5 -- huddled for two hours at the French UN mission here as Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Kislyak said in Moscow that the Franco-British draft "requires major changes."

"All sides tried to propose language that could bridge the differences," Chinese Ambassador Wang Guangya said after the meeting.

He said sticking points remained the draft's reference to Chapter Seven of the UN charter and its suggestion that the Iranian nuclear program represents a threat to international peace and security.

Chapter Seven can authorize economic sanctions or military action as a last resort in cases of threats to international peace and security.

The P5 envoys were due to meet informally with their 10 non-permanent colleagues later in the day.

In the absence of language acceptable to Russia and China, it was virtually certain that the draft would not be put to a vote before a meeting of foreign ministers from the P5 plus Germany here Monday.

Ahead of that high-level meeting, US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice telephoned her Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov, to discuss the Iranian nuclear issue, the Russian foreign ministry said.

The draft would oblige Iran to suspend uranium enrichment, the process creating fuel for nuclear reactors and -- potentially -- the core of an atomic bomb. It warns, in cases of Iranian non-compliance, of unspecified "further measures" requiring another resolution.

Western powers suspect Iran is seeking to acquire nuclear weapons capability under the cover of its civilian atomic program. Iran, however, insists its nuclear aims are peaceful and has defended its right to conduct uranium enrichment as a signatory to the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.

Russia and China, which have close trading ties with Tehran, adamantly oppose sanctions and the use of force against Iran.

Wow paste. Thanks for the information on Iran. Without your informative OT posts here on Pelican I wouldn't know what is going on in the world.

BTW--your photos are too cool. You are like a real-life GI Joe.

GI Joe--Mid-eastern terrorist outfit--with authentic Chinese black-market sweatpants.

GI Joe--Commando outift, now with ski mask for hiding smug expression.

The only thing more amusing than the fact that you dressed and posed for these photos is the fact that you posted them on the internet.

You have no idea how much laughter you're producing, I'll wager.

Seriously Pat, was that a Halloween getup or what?

Then you would lose.

I just checked with production and we are currently at "snicker", we are going to ramp things up and hopefully reach "guffaw' by the end of the day turn shift.

One of the surgeons I worked with knew I was in the reserves and would joke during surgery about me being in the militia, particularly if there was a new resident present. Since I have flight suits from my time in a combat aviation unit as a crew chief, prior to my commission as a nurse, I made this photo and sent it to the surgeon as a joke. It produced much laughter then, and is still working. The same with the faux arab get up. Iran across the Shemagh on eBay and had to have it, $10.00 if memory serves and it's been way too much fun for just ten bucks. I looked up how to put it on via the internet, very complicated to get it right.

Patty, it's too late for a BS explanation of your self-portrait.
Damage is done, deal with it.

A question was asked and answered, you deal with it. I have no problems at all with posting the photos, except laughing at guys like you, hard to get other things done.

Nathans_Dad 05-08-2006 08:56 AM

Pat I think you look really wicked in your junior commando underroos...

I only have one question:

Where do you store the nunchucks??

Racerbvd 05-08-2006 10:29 AM

OK guys, the pix Pat posted, as he says aren't him, here is a pix of Pat from another post.
