The real problem is that the law usually just does not apply to them. they get away with so much that it becomes a way of life. Now and again, someone will stand up and nail them on something....but most of the time, people are intimidated or just bought off.

Why would he need to get some tips from Rush? He!! his father got away with murder. At least the son didn't kill anyone. Ted won't even need to fully sober up to get his kid out of this.
