What phone/PDA is applicable w/ Mac?

I'm a Post-It/ napkin kind of note taker--ready to take the plunge into a PDA...the dude on the plane next to me had the following--before I look in to a PDA/phone/everything, I thought I'd ask here. They all seem to be pc based. I'm on a Mac. Thanks for any input.

The only interaction between my Mac and my Blackberry I need is to be able to synchronize the address book, calendar, and notes.

Blackberry doesn't support Mac (AFAIK). But Google PocketMac, is third-party synchronization that supports lots of different smartphones and PDAs.

That did it for me. May work for you and whatever phone.PDA you pick, too.

Here's a list of devices officially supported by iSync, which is the program used on Macs for synchronizing contacts, calendar, etc.
