Cool ! Like the setting. But how do you make them look 'painted' ?

Oh, and you need a semi naked woman on the fender to complete the lay out.

I used a freeware app called Paint.net.

You will need to have the .net framework from Microsoft installed on you computer as well. I think it automatically links you to the site if you don't have it.

This was developed out at Washington State U as a replacement for Paint on Windows comptuers, but now its taken on a life of its own.

So what effect do you use to come out with the 'painted' appearance? My old box has Photoshop on it, I think I could do it from there.

I'm thinking maybe take a couple pictures that I took in DC and do that to 'em, and have them printed a little large to frame and display.

Yes, Photoshop has a filter that gives that "painted" look.
