F1 Spain
Got up early this AM to see what time the race was starting then realized I have to watch a hack job on CBS this afternoon or spend a sunny afternoon outside. What a bummer.............

Get TIVO! I watched it here in German on RTL but have it recorded at home for when I get back in a few days.

Yeah, I have a DVR with my cable co. so I'll record it and watch later. Just isn't the same as live though, especially today with all the Mother's Day stuff. I probably won't watch it 'til later in the week if I hopefully don't hear the results.

Thanks so much for your discretion
![]() I should probably ignore this thread 'til I watch the CBS interpretation of the event.

How hard is it to get decent commentators on TV? I mean, there are 280 million people in this country (give or take--not to get hung up on the illegal immigrant topic, as that's another thread). Why can't the networks find the many people who are actually able to articulately convey what goes on on the track and behind the scenes? Instead, we often get one color commentator who's an ex-racer and provides some useful insight, and some doofus network guy who knows nuts about racing. Heck, fly me around the world from racetrack to racetrack and I'll do it. Are you listening, CBS?
