I used the same research techniques, analysis, and logic on every historical event I've written about out here.
Much flies in the face of the stories written by the victors, the history of the War for Southern Freedom is a great example. The history of World War One and Two are strikingly similar, and my writings about both of them is as correct as my writings about War for Southern Freedom.
If you want to learn what I learned, you may ask for references; or not.
Keep in mind, fint, that both of my parents are what most would call war heroes; serving in World War Two. My mother received the Bronze Star with device for entering Manila durling the siege of that city five days after MacArthur arrived, the battle being second only to Stalingrad for vicious urban fighting. My father recieved the DFC for one of his 65 combat missions over europe. My understanding of history was reached despite all that I grew up with, and believe me, I didn't reach them either easily, or for unsound reasons.
Perhaps you'll arrive at where I am now, a real southern man would do so, finally realizing that the yankee problem is still causing the same issues it did 140 years ago.
