Rove resigns!

...just as soon as he is indicted -- most likely next week. You heard it here first.

The thought of that fat POS in jail just warms my heart.

I agree. Gore should be in jail.

I'd rather round up all the hardcore neo-crazies and put them behind bars where they belong.

Rove is just a mean political hack.

Good. Unfortunately there's more (a LOT more) accountability to be dished out. We'll see the same old attempts at deflection, distraction, dodging questions, stonewalling investigations, claims of "executive privilege", and if necessary blaming a fall guy in attempts to avoid accountability where it actually belongs - with the leaders and decision-makers and orchistrators of the idiotic policies that have set this nation back a quarter century or more.

The next several administrations (and congresses) are going to have a HELL of a lot of work to do to rebuild the integrity of this country, its reputation, its economy and its social policies.

Step in the right direction though.

There won't be an administration that will do that, in fact, with possibly two exceptions, there hasn't been such an administration during the whole of the 20th century.

Coolidge and Harding.

I'm all for building integrity, reputation, economy, and social policies -- but who do you propose as a leader to actually do those things? Hillary? Unlikely; she has as little integrity as the next. Gore? He's gone to the fringe. Condo Rice? Entirely too unpopular. If there's rebuilding to be done, the leader has to be truly amazing, with the backing of the entire country. I don't know anyone like that.

Mul!

You guys and your day dreaming. Seem to remember some stupid posts like "Cheney will be resigning anyday now" a few months back. Guess Cheney did not get that memo.

Ever thought of doing something productive with your day instead of continued mental masturbation like this? Something like getting the DNC on track with a platform and realistic goals? Oh yea, a leader and not someone like the village idiot Howard Dean?

On this, we agree.

Can you believe that we are talking about rebuilding this country's economy, reputation, integrity, etc... after 5 years of Bush?? What a freaking man-made disaster this has been. Beyond the wildest nightmares of what anyone thought he could accomplish as president. Wow.

Actually, no, I cannot. It is just political talk. The nation has never been stronger, the economy is great, low unemployment, record home ownership, a strong military, etc.
Now if only we can solve the illegal immigration problem.

And just think how much worse it would be now had Gore or Kerry been elected! They would have given the country away to the UN or terrorists. Wouldnt you guys be happy about that!

Rebuild the economy??? People are making money, people are spending money, people are selling houses, which means people are spending money, jobs are out there, if they weren't we wouldn't have illegal immigration problem we have. How can some people really believe this crap?? I haven't seen havibg a "fire sale" to pay bills, maybe to buy something else, others have moved to take other jobs, I.E. one job to another, so anyone who really thinks that the economy is bad, doesn't have a clue!!
