I probably did...as a holder in a "total market" mutual fund. One basic rule in investing that many continue to ignore, thus resulting in many getting burned, is diversity. In other words, "Don't put all your eggs in one basket." Anyway, Enron's collapse may have dented my investment portfolio, but only by a minuscule amount. I feel for those who lost everything, I really do. But by failing to diversify, they left themselves wide open...

Anyone want to buy my 1500 shares of Enron? Seriously, it's long been delisted, but still shows up in one of my portfolios. I haven't really lost any money (like some poor folks) however, as I bought it way after the fall, watched the 'dead cat bounce' (that I didn't take advantage of), and then let it slip to nothing...I'dl sell them all for a quarter :)
