I had a 912 parts car that was worse, rust-wise. It was back in the '70s, I did not even have any use for it but a waiter in the restaurant where I worked had it in his garage taking space and offered it to me for $50.00.
It was 100% complete and rolling, drivetrain intact. I should have saved the DT, can't even remember what I did w/ the thing. |
I thought it was an "awesome set of tools". I guess I'll have to rent the movie again and find out:-)
I had a fairly rusty running driving car in a long ago far away place, and I sold it. I was 18. It got parted out and crushed. 64 911 s/n 152. Boy would I like to have that back. (The registry guys know about it, if anyone cares). |
That shit will buff right out.
This might not http://66.34.72.138/gallery/image/11767.JPG http://66.34.72.138/gallery/image/11766.JPG |
