Loan calculator?

I can find plenty of loan calculators on the web. However, I am looking for one that will automatically re-calculate the remaining loan when a payment is plugged in.

I have been working with my 15 yo step-daughter and doing my best to explain credit cards, interest rates, credit history etc.

So, while doing this, I think it would be great for her to see real numbers on our mortgage. For instance, if we make a little extra principal payment each month, that equals an extra payment each year, I'd like to see an amortization of the remaining loan and how it might change month to month with each payment.

Anybody know of something out there like that?

Thanks,
