Before this degrades into the usual mud-slinging, I'd like to say that this is a very, very good thing. The PM is taking responsiblity for and ownership of his country's security. It's a shame it was caused by some very unfortunate circumstances, but most true advances are.

It looks like they are going to have their own investigation into the alleged murders, too. I (optimistically) think that'll be a good thing, too.
