i have accepted the position, and will submit my resignation letter to the city a bit later this morning. thanks for all your insight, and the suggestions provided to me in this most stressful of times.

I look forward to this new challenge, as I was ready for a change of pace, and scenery. I will keep you guys posted on how things go.

Regarding the housing bubble, the bulk of TWH work is in redevelopment. This does not preclude us from the bubble, but knocking down older buildings to provide new development gives me a bit of comfort in that cities love this type of work, and usually the locations of such work will be very attractive to home buyers. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
