Unfortunate that the issue can not be addressed and resolved. I have a good friend who had a Breitling for about a year and sent it back a couple of times because it was not operating properly, problem was never resolved. They offered him a new one but he declined, the jewler where he bought it gave him a refund and he bought another make. I have always found them too big for my wrist. They should take it back and give you something else or a refund.

Hell, I'd be overjoyed if they offered me a new one! I'd take it.

I don't understand.....
you bought something and it simply doesn't work after repeated attempts to get it fixed by reputable dealers or factory.. Lemon law? ......cancel payment ( too late?).... Demand a new watch from Breitling HQ.... - Wil |
Yes, I will demand a new watch from Breitling. But it doesn't look like I have much leverage unless Amex lets me cancel a payment from June 1st and I paid the bill long ago. Not sure any lemon law covers stuff bought overseas, though I did get it from a legit. dealer in HK.
