I know and I didn't post it for those people who just seem to forget that soldiers are real people who just have a hard job.

Except for a few whackos here and there, I think the problem is the difficulty people have separating the war from the people who are fighting it. I cannot think of anyone I know personally that wishesharm to any uniformed person.

The individual soldier, marine, and all the others, placed in a difficult situation, do the best they can, living in a pressure cooker. Give the average American both in and out of uniform the benefit of the doubt. Very few people hate the military, quite a few have negative feelings about war.

I think this war is wrong and don't think that makes me anti-military. It makes me anti-stupid administration. The military are the good guys.

FWIW that isn't a Marine and those aren't even DCUs (Desert Combat Uniform) that are worn in the theater.

Not sure where that pic came from but I bet it wasn't anywhere in the AOR. Maybe Bosnia or something.

You do realize al qaeda are centralized in Iraq, don't you?...I do not see how we could have asked for a better result--well the media could stop lying to people like you and thereby there would be more public support and higher troop morale (=lower terrorist morale).
