Not going to argue with you there I agree. If someone wants to know about you there are many ways to get in touch.

The reason Christ didn't go door to door is bacuase the times were different. People were out more. There was not TV or video games, people got their info from the streets and entertainment outside their homes. It was easy to reach lots of people with your message because they were out and about.

When someone knocks on my door or approaches me in my garage or in the front yard I politely tell them I have my own deal and I am good. Its really that simple.

if they knock on the door , get all exited, and open the door with a biig woohooooo, then ask em if their religion is the one with poligamy and orgies...

if they answer negative.. do the disappointed face while going "i'm sorry then , you'll have to leave now ", close the door and done.

I put a "No Soliciting" Sign on the door.
