I like the band. They do a modern turn on the Violent Femme's "Gone Daddy Gone" that isn't bad.

I'm just glad to see some talented black artists doing something other than rap/R&B.

Well, sorry to burst your bubble. It's Cee Lo from the Goodie Mob, a talented black rap artist. He's just on a different style to go more commercial and sell more records.....everyone crosses over at some point. No harm in that.

I did know that. The guy on the keyboard is Danger Mouse. I'm well aware of their other work. I'm just glad they have the balls to do something different. Cee Lo really has some set of pipes...

i saw them on two different shows, one just the other night. they all wore mortar boards and gowns,another was pajamas and robes,towels and showercaps. great sound and cool performance ideas.
much much better than shouting and thumping, swearing and banging.[my opinion of many, but not all of the rappers' contributions to modern music.]
