Any one ever use the company "Assist To Sell" to help sell their house.
Looks like we may be selling our house. I sold my last two myself, but as I am butting up against a deadline if I can't sell the house myself in 2-3 weeks may use this company to help. Website looks good and they have a fair number of houses listed in this area. Just curious if any of you have good/bad experience with them.

No experience with them, but I can tell you for a fact that those leeches referred to as realtors will blackball the house and not show it, unless it is listed with a realtor. Pretty standard in the RE industry.

I have no experience, but I would recommend you offer a 3.0-3.5% commission to an agent bringing a buyer.
Study your market well and price accordingly. The market is under strain right now. |
