When I was a freshman, long ago:D , I got tickets to see this live performance by some unknown actor, before an audience of no more than 2-300 people.

It was Hal Holbrook in "Mark Twain Tonight", 40 years ago.

It was free because it was put on by the Student Union.

early this morning on turner classic movies was" the adventures of mark twain" starring frederic march. really enjoyable.i would love to see hal holbrook. he has been doing this for quite a few years .

Holbrook becomes Mark Twain right before your eyes, it's acting at it's finest.
