What do you have on your CD?
Hi all, just compiling a cd of my fave driving songs.. i was wondering what you have in your Porsche CD at the moment?
Mine tends to be drum and bass.. and a few indie types! |
|
Coldplay,X&Y; Coldplay, Parachutes; Eagles, Hell freezes over; Putumayo, Reggae around the World;Cake, Prolonging the Magic; Foo Fighters, In Your Honor;Yellowcard, Beyond Ocean Avenue;
|
CCR, the Who, Stevie Ray, Heart, etc.
There is a great theard from awhile back about the best driving songs. |
The Who... brilliant... ill add "my generation" to the list, along with the Kinks....
|
I have a 6 disc changer and it is loaded with nothing. The sound of the flat 6 is music enough for my ears.
|
I'm with you... I only play CD's when I'm parked or working on it.
PS: I should mention my car is probably louder than my stereo, but who cares..Ha ha! |
definately spent a good deal of time making it so the stereo would be audible over the sound of my car and in the end i hardly ever listen to it.

ripped the stereo out...that's dead weight...
|
first person to say Rush gets an atomic wedgie... can't stand that shrill garbage.
oh, and no stereo in the 944 anymore. I tore about 300 lbs of interior out. |
Red Sempson !!!

Yanked the stereo out of my 911 a long time ago!! In the daily driver I have a 6 disc changer with a wide assortment. From Led Zeppelin's Custard Pie and Going to California to Muddy Waters, Pink Floyd, Ted Nugent, Deftones, Rage against the Machine (where did Zach DLR go?), Johnny Cash, Howlin' Wolf, Buddy Guy, SRV, to the Delfonics, Bob Marley, and even Bobby Womak. Damn, I love music, but just doesn't seem to go in my 911.
