Europa at just down the street/auction

Some nice and or interesting cars up for auction June 20-2015
including this Europa.

I'm not a great fan of the little Lotus, but I know some on this forum are fans.

This was my car for quite a while and was kept in top condition ever since. The TR6 that is, not the Lotus.

You can find it here: PEI International Motoring Festival, second annual PEI antique and collectible car auction.

It's on line and it's held here in Summerside, PEI (Canada) June 19-21. I think it's a Mainheim auction.

I've dreamed of packing a Ford 302 under the hood of one of these.

Hard drive. Don't. I had a school mate that put a buick v6 in one. He said it scared the hell out of him. And he has had a number of fast cars. I think the frame was pretty flexy from the torque if i remeber correctly.

You can get a reliable 200+ BHP from the existing TR6 engine, and still make use of the seven gears, and yes, the roadholding is somewhat wheel waggly in the exit of tight turns with the power hard on, ie the rear suspension will have bottomed out It was built for cruising in the US, not for racing, although I did race one for a little while.

That TR6 has a rare A/C option., Didn't work when I owned it but the current owner
did fix it. Don't see many a/c units it the old brit cars. This particular TR6 spent it's early like in St Petes, Fla

I have a lot of the early paper work on this car, so when one of you guys buys it,
I can send it to you.

Here's an old pic of it at my house.
