How to print just photos from a thread?

I would like to print out just some of the photos of Chuck's (of elephant racing) ducting for a front mounted oil cooler, with hood exit.. My printer keeps wanting to print out 17 pages, mostly the corrispondences...

If using a Windoze machine right click and choose save image, I save to the desktop, you can save in any folder. Then open that image up and print it.
