Where was the religion of secularist humanism when the Christians were amassing resources to rescue Katrina victims?...Funny how scientific heathenism would be extinct if not kept alive by the resources of those who believe in the fantasy they seek to destroy.

Keep posting. It's actually somewhat entertaining to see you so far outside your element. You really have no grasp of the subject matter, do you?

zuffen 07-28-2006 03:13 PM

much less a grasp of reality

This thread demonstrates the lack of evolution. Man did not decend from apes, well at least most of us. THere is no evidence to show this has happened.

Must I sift through a mountain of manure when the truth is elsewhere?...That would be foolish...Evolution is foolishness...But you go ahead, plow forth in your theoretical blind faith and find out at the end of your life that you were climbing the wrong ladder the whole time...pity.

If it wasn't for Christians you wouldn't have your prosperity...trace it back.

So Mul, you tell us how man appeared on earth. I am listening.

Spaceship...ask the Scientologists...at least it is more believable than asserting random chance has begotten such intricate and intertwining order.

trekkor 07-28-2006 05:58 PM

Why does man think is the "big shot"?

Go outside tonight and look up at the stars...

Why would you think the knowledge of the universe lies with just a few elite on this tiny little dust particle?

the scientific crowd seems to have a problem admitting that they just don't know and are guessing most of the time.

Science, does not, can not, and will never answer the question of WHY we are here, where we ultimately came from, or the purpose of life, any life. That is not the purpose of science, and will never be.

Anyone who thinks science will answer the most basic of questions will be sorely dissapointed. Any REAL scientist knows this and will acknowledge it. A real scientist is someone with enough intellect to realize this fact. Those that cannot have a lot of maturing to go thru. They are the 18 year olds, you know the ones that KNOW all the answers.

Those of us, who are far more intelligent than most, went thru these stages at early ages. We recognize that these stages are a part of growing up, maturing. Someday, once those of average intelligence catch up to us, will realize the same thing, that is that they aren't so smart, afterall..

john70t 07-28-2006 07:01 PM

God created evolution.

snowman 07-28-2006 07:04 PM

Yes, God did "create" evolution.

Finally the correct answer! God Created us using evolution as a tool. IE Intelligent Design.

We have free will to choose

1. The calling of God
2. The calling of the Devil
3. People who aren't to smart who don't know what to do.
4. People who think they are smarter than God.

Only the people in number 3 may get a free ride.

trekkor 07-28-2006 07:07 PM

Why do you say that?

The bible says each creature was created, "according to it's kind".

Ahh..But where did the beings in the spaceship come from?

It continues to amaze me how people reject out of hand anything that does not fit a narrow, pre-conceived set of beliefs.

I believe in God, and I believe in evolution. I see not contradiction in that, and no reasonable person can prove otherwise, and only a fool would try!!

The scientists found frozen amino acid chains inside meteorites which are the building-blocks of proteins (so I heard).
See, we did arrive on spaceships.

trekkor 07-28-2006 07:26 PM

Might want to check the odds on that one...

Please how many times must we tell you. You do not understand Probability theory. When you bring this up as "proof" that evolution could not work, you only show your ignorance. Please learn to use the tools that you are trying to use.

Mulhollanddose 07-28-2006 07:32 PM

What are the odds on humanity?...10^60?
