BMW wheel restore

Hey Guys,

Picking up this beautiful 530i next week. (good replacement for the 635 that I still miss)

Has all the bells and whistles I wanted, 5sp, sport package, etc. Comes with a new set of wheels, but I'd like to get the originals refinshed too, fix the curb rash and such. Any place you guys recommend to do them that won't break my racing budget?

Mmmm refinishing costs a ton to do it right on the BBS 2-piece wheels. You should just let me have 'em to restore, and I'll give you my rashy set

Business partner just had his M5 wheels restored at 150 a pop including remount and balance. ask around at the high end dealers in the area. They will have a trusted shop to send them to.

mmmmm, powder coat them black, that would be cool.

Wonder if Al Reed could do them?

I think one has a small bend in one of the lips....

He does BMW wheels as well. I was going to have him restore my brother's 528 but I think my brother wants to sell the car now.

I ordered BMW paint from these guys a few years ago. They seem to do a lot of Bimmer wheels.

John in all seriousness I've already done the research - Wheel Collision (as recommended above) is the way to go -- and I've got 1st-hand experience with them.

Good gravy, they look high. Guess I'd have to call and get a quote......
