Blackberry
Does anyone have a blackberry 7100T and if so, who do you use for service. My phone is from T-mobile and in my area, their service coverage is terrible. I though I could switch service providers but sprint, verizon and others say the sim card technology is exclusive to T-mobile. Is that true? I have found that Cingular/AT&T may provide coverage. Thoughts?
Thanks. ![]()

The 7100T should be able to be used on the providers listed below
Phone Model: Blackberry 7100 Features: PDA, Color Screen, Unlocked, Email / Web, World, Multi-Band Service Compatibility: AT&T Wireless, Cellular One, Cingular, Rogers AT&T, T-Mobile But it will need to be unlocked first. I think if you search the internet you may be able to find sites or people on eBay that can/will unlock your blackberry for a small fee.

Pete, if you find that you want/need to switch carriers and still want to stay with Blackberry...I have a Blackberry 7130E (newer model like yours) that I barely used and I want to sell it. I got it this year but changed jobs and dont use BB anymore....
It works with Verizon. PM me if interested. Id sell it for a very good price. |
