problem with search engine?

my normal way of browsing the board is to first do a search with me as the author then "bam" all the threads i replied in show up as the results.
today this doesn't work........

Have you been quiet lately? fastpaster's rate of posting bombs would shove most peoples posts to the bottom of the search pile....

not when i don't respond to political garb......when you search with the username in the "author" column with no search criteria it'll post every thread you reply to in order from the most recent post.

If you remember one of your posts, go to it, click on your user profile..........then in the upper right hand corner is a "see all posts by this member/user".

Should this work if the other control feature is down at that moment?
