Funny "car chase" video

Possible repost?

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-8613431240341347407&hl=en

Now I understand why some people keep their handguns in the car.

Edit: Two things I'm glad that I don't see too often here up north: guns and "hicks" like these morons.

If you look at the end of the video real close it looks like the moron with the baseball bat peed his pants. If I had been with my wife I may have put a couple rounds into the engine just to see how much damage I could do. That kind of **** would seriously piss me off.

Amazing - from posts I've seen on the internet - I could totaly beleive guys to be stupid enough to make all those comments just because he drove a BMW. I've seen it happen where they flamed to bits the owner of a Testa Rossa when they had no clue about the reality of the picture - it was parked as part of a charity event. They told all this story how the owners stole some baricades to put behind the car...blah blah. I looked at the pictures closely, - and noticed a few things, figured the story didn't add up, but they went on for pages in potty language about the owner.

The one guy in the Toyota says Eh alot as you hear Toby Keith singing a red white and blue song...lol.

Very well handled by the BMW driver. Those criminals got exactly what they were looking for. They are fortunate the BMW driver didn't use the bat on them. Deserves to be on TV with a followup with the red neck idiots.
Interesting, Canadian law doesn't approve of handguns in the hands of private citizens. The handgun may have saved their lives. At the very least prevented a bad situation from getting worse.

Anybody think this is the first time the guys in the truck pulled this crap? Anybody think it will be the last? He was approaching with the bat because he was counting on the Beemer guy to be unnarmed and helpless. What do you think he would have done to the guy, and the lady, in the absence of the handgun? How many has he done this to in the past?

I'm sorry; call me judgemental. If I were the Beemer guy, it would have taken me all of about half a second to assess the situation on the dead end after everything else that had led up to it. The SECOND I would have seen that bat, I would have killed the guy. If his partner was not prostrate on the ground by about the time his dead buddy was, I would have assumed he was armed as well and would have killed him too. And yes, I would have called the police; I would have nothing to hide. Chances are they would be looking for guys that fit this M.O. already anyway.

"nice face, you get it caught on a fence?"
That was funny.
Ditto on the rounds into the engine, but I might have sailed one past him, to make sure he peed...

Brilliant! That guy and I think alike...

When the guy pulled the gun out, camera dude would have dropped the camera in a heartbeat. The line about baseball bats and a nearby baseball diamond. The absence of shrieking girlfriend noises.

But entertaining if not a little long...

notfarnow 08-12-2006 10:03 AM

I love the background music in the pickup:

"I shoulda been a cowboy.."

I have to agree with TerryH though, it seems a bit staged to me. Plus, if I pulled a gun on someone, I probably wouldn't post the video of it online.

notfarnow 08-12-2006 10:04 AM

Actually, the dude in the beemer looks like Jonathan Torrence from the trailer park boys.

It had to be stagged!

speeder 08-12-2006 01:43 PM

Fake as can be, IMO.

I agree w/ Jeff that if someone pulled a bat on me and I had a gun, they would at least get a warning shot in the head.
