I so knew I was going to get ribbed for this faux pas...
You have any idea what a PITA it is just to try to get a couple of 944's together? Besides my Porsche isn't even running right now... I'll have to show up in my Hyundai ![]() There do seem to be several interesting S. Cali folks here in OT and I have considered proposing a meeting... however I am a simple man of simple means... a little intimidated by people who, run their own businesses, fly airplanes, drive Ferrari's and such. Not that I'm afraid of rich people, my dad did very well as a contractor, my neighbor is/was a TV director and I have been to her parties. Perhaps you could even enlighten me about these 911 things you speak of. Anyone up for pizza on a Sunday afternoon?

Hmmmm I was just putting out a feeler to see if anyone would be interested.
I would like to aim at a Sunday afternoon and there is a lampost pizza in Palos Verde's/Rolling Hills area that might be good because they have good pizza, good sandwiches for those who don't like pizza, five or six taps of good beer or soda for those who don't like beer, it's a pretty big place so getting a table is always easy (except for the end of soccer season when the teams have their awards meeting there). It is a free stranding building in a pretty large parking lot that it shares with a strip mall/grocery store/bank so it has easy and ample parking. Also if you haven't driven around the Palos Verde's peninsula it's a very nice drive and just over the hill. Also I really like the place and if no one shows up I can have a beer and a slice and go home happy ![]() As to what Sunday let's let this run for a few days see if how many people are up for it and what day works for them.
