From Road America... Man there was ZERO recovery time on those...

I think it's almost a bit sad when you can look at even the introductory freeze frame of a video of a racecar on a track, and despite having never visited the place in person, know exactly which track is depicted. It's truly a sickness we have.

Some pretty jerky moves in the sharper corners in the first part of that video. Also looked like he was in danger of losing it again at the last frame...

Noah,

We run it a few times a year, so I cheated. :D

...but I'm the same way with all the tracks I see on Grand Am and ALMS... sickness.

I did the touring lap on Road America yesterday (as a passenger in a WRX). Despite the "no passing in corners rule", we had a Corvette try to pass us in the braking zone and ruin our line through the corner. Thankfully we were going slow enough to recover. Had we been at speed, the Corvette would have understeered and we would have nailed him on his way to the wall.

Coincidentally, didn't a Ferrari spin out at that same corner during practice/qualifying this weekend? I was standing at a bridge overlooking the corner but had turned for some reason and only saw the Ferrari recovering in the kitty litter.

In the 3 or 4 times I've had the privilege, I have yet to see a 333SP driven well at any vintage event.
