The first witness on Tuesday morning told how his village, Balisan, was bombed by chemical weapons.

Alright, WTF is going on, we have been told for years that Saddam used the US Huey helicopters that Reagan and Rumsfield sent him to spay his own people with chemical weapons. Saddam did not have aerial bombs with chemical warheads, right? Perhaps a few mortar shells with it, but they could not even figure out how to put it in a Scud.
