Did he kill JonBenet or not?

Seems like there're pretty strong feelings both ways among the psychic detectives of Pelicanland...

EdT82SC 08-21-2006 02:11 PM

Guilty or not the guy is seriously messed up, and someone should put him out of our misery.

coloradoporsche 08-21-2006 02:16 PM

No. That guy is creepy...but almost too creepy.

I just get the feeling he's trying to look like a psycho killer. He takes a shirt that is buttoned all the way up and then he tucks it into his pants a la Hannibal Lecter or something...and then he gives these weird cold stares when he sees a camera.

I think he's trying too hard. He's a wanna-be.

KevinP73 08-21-2006 02:17 PM

I'd like to know what charges he's faced with if it can be proven that his confession is false and he wasn't anywhere near Boulder or JB.

fastpat 08-21-2006 02:20 PM

You left off the choice, "Don't know, haven't seen any of the evidence against him yet." Which includes the validity of his alleged confession.

vash 08-21-2006 02:21 PM

free ride back to the US.

Porsche-O-Phile 08-21-2006 02:24 PM

He looks like wacko Jacko's long-lost cousin.

rouxroux 08-21-2006 02:25 PM

hell of a way to upgrade to biz-class;)

Steve Carlton 08-21-2006 02:28 PM

I hope he gets all the sex he needs in prison.

singpilot 08-21-2006 02:55 PM

Can you say 'Book Advance'?

Federal Law prevents him from recieving proceeds from the commision of a crime. If he is guilty he can't "sell" his story. The same is true if his confession is false as it's a crime to make a false confession. I just don't see any monetery gain for him from this.

Jamie79SC 08-21-2006 04:05 PM

That the question is even posed makes me ill. Why would anyone care about the consensus of the PPOT readership, and of what import are our opinions anyway?

This 'trial' has already been conducted by the public once, now we'll do it again with the same high quality result.

Surely there is a more important topic to consider, even here on PPOT.

pwd72s 08-21-2006 04:16 PM

Not enough evidence to know...we only have evidence filtered through the media. DNA should tell....maybe.

Everyone here has great insight. That's why I addressed the survey to the resident "psychic detectives.'

and once we get this one solved we're going to find Amelia !! Swim fins everyone, remember to bring your swim fins!

Moneyguy1 08-21-2006 04:30 PM

Don't forget Jimmy Hoffa and Judge Crater!!

KevinP73 08-21-2006 04:33 PM

That whole Jimmy Hoffa thing scares me. I think I'll stick to lost female transcontinental pilots of the 40's and 50's.

rammstein 08-21-2006 04:51 PM

Perhaps he has less to worry about in American prison than whatever he was into in China?

Truth is I'd bet we(the general public) will never really know the whole truth about any of this sad sad story.

Porsche 08-21-2006 05:08 PM

He may not be guilty of this crime but he's definitely guilty of something.

Moneyguy1 08-21-2006 05:12 PM

I think "porsche" mean guilty of something similar.

asphaltgambler 08-21-2006 06:16 PM

This guy did NOT do it. He's crazy................................like a fox.

Already up on molestation charges at a prominent private school in Thailand. Just awaiting trail. You could bet the farm he was looking to get out of that mess. Can anyone imagine what would happen to this guy and the conditions he'd be exposed to in their jail?

Scene 2: He figures to confess to a famous unsolved murder case because he'd followed it closely (too closely) for years and knew details that most would not. He gets a free ride here and the Police eventually will find him not connnected to the crime.

Scene 3: Still has to stand trial for previous outstanding child molestation charges here. Does a few years, gets out and he's a free man. Thailand is definitely not coming over here to extract his @ss back there. Home free

Scene 4: REAL killer long since dead. There was a pair of young guys robbing homes in that neighborhood dressed in black ninja garb very near (1 week) the time that the Ramsey case came about. Both fancied themselves as real stealthy crooks. Problem is they rarely took much of anything. They wanted to see if they could get in and out (like a Ninja) unnoticed.

Main young guy of this duo was a real weird loner who lived in a trailer in the junkyard where he worked during the day. Turns out HE had some previous history w/ kid touching.

Scene 4: Ramseys' (after the crime) immediately hire their own investigator, finds out that this guy did it and has him taken care of. Guys in the junk yard go out to looneys trailer becaue he did not report for work.

Find looney guy with a bullet hole in his head, two pillows over top and the gun in the wrong hand. Police called it a suicide. He was cremated a week later.

Scene 5: Ramseys hire attorney to protect them

That's the REAL story. The REAL killer will never be found because he is dead. Kind of like OJ Simpson. He's STILL looking for Nicoles killer

Steve Carlton 08-21-2006 09:44 PM

Seems to me the police came looking for Karr after figuring out who he was and where he was. He didn't confess to anything until after he was arrested.

91S2 08-21-2006 09:54 PM

The police only went after him after the wacko contacted Micahel Tracey ( who produced several documentaries on the case) and "confessed." he was making claims that were apparently not public knowledge.
Something's not right with this shifty eyed nut in 90% of the AP photos, guilty or not

pmajka 08-22-2006 07:10 AM

How long does it take for dna to be tested?

It took a lab in Pasedena less than 24hrs to figure out I wasn't the pappa.

singpilot 08-22-2006 08:57 AM

Todays' report is that the treatment for the sex-change errrr, I mean Gender Reassignment operation was well underway (4 visits) when he(she-it) was arrested in Bangkok. Doc this morning said all of the hair removal had been finished. Meaning permanently removed.

Ought to work out nicely when he gets into the general population wherever he is incarcerated.

KevinP73 08-22-2006 09:03 AM

I'd heard he wasn't "under arrest" in Bangkok. He was being "deported" as an "undesirable" but NO OFFICIAL charges were being pressed.

TerryBPP 08-22-2006 10:07 AM

Supposedly they FBI has found emails from the date of her murder confessing to other pedos online that he did it.

Slit his throat, we will worry if he is guilty or not later.
