MOTORCycle Headlight Question
is a motorcycle H4 the Same as a Car H4 bulb????

Hard to tell. If you ask the manufacturer they will say that the filament has extra resistance to vibration.
I have had two of them alongside each other. Cannot see any difference except the price for the bike bulb is higher.

I don't think there's a difference. Many years ago, I replaced my stock 55/60 bulb with a 55/100 bulb. It was like daylight on high beam but if there was much moisture in the air, I couldn't see anything. When a car flashed me thinking my 55 watt bulb was the high beam they got a surprise when I flashed my actual high beam.
