May need favor: Anyone from Sachse TX area?
 

A couple years ago I purchased a nice sewing machine for my wife. Trouble is it's in a case and while it can be stored easily she'd rather have it in a sewing table/cabinet.

Fast forward to a week ago...we're in a friends house and she spots a pretty unique sewing machine table/cabinet. It was in their family for quite a few years. No one had seen another. My wife wouldn't stop talking about it. Uh boy.

So, I look on Ebay and I think I found the same piece. Problem is it's in Sachse, TX (North Dallas area?) and the seller had PICK UP ONLY 3 time in the ad.

SOOO, is there anyone here that lives in this town willing to pick up and ship to me? I'd be happy to pay you for your trouble. I'm thinking Fedex ground or if too big Fedex freight...not sure the best way to go yet. Actually I think it's small as far as these tables are concerned. I can get dimensions and all.

Any interest?

I'm about 20miles from Sachse, if you get it I could make the effort to do it for you, as long as there are a few days to pick it up at my convenience. Just let me know.

I'll be in that area Thursday night, and also Sunday afternoon. How big is it? will it fit in the back seat or trunk of a car?
