Spot an ebay scam - educational
Okay, hopefully this will not last long. Hopefully, eBay will spot the problem and remove it.
If you go to eBay.com and enter 250035949855 in the search box, it will bring up an item (not work safe). If you click the item to bring up the full auction, you are automatically redirected to what looks like an eBay username verification screen. Seems legit, since you tried to access an area that requires that you be over 18. DO NOT ENTER ANYTHING But if you pay attention to the address window, you will see that you have been redirected to http://scgi.ibay.com.ws.9k.com/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.htm Aha! scgi.ibay.com.ws.9k.com ??? If you were to enter your info in this site, you have just lost control of your ebay account forever. Oh... and you get dropped onto a hardcore porn site.

Too late. It's gone.
But anyway, this was really disconcerting for me to find a scam that worked like this. When you click on the auction, for a split second it actually brought up a legit ebay site.... I saw the address pop up in the address bar of my browser. But before the eBay page could load, somehow the browser was redirected to the very ebay-ish "login screen". Pure dag-nasty evil.

there are more and more of these on there evreyday, i first saw this like 4 months ago..i repiorted it but they took 6 days to email back on it and mean time it ran it's course
