That is pretty weird a custom bike builder kills a guy on a bike.

The location is A-1-A and Ballyshannon Street, I am from this area and know it well. This corridor is well known for being a DUI sting area. Lots of bars and clubs, plus the beach, the police patrol this area heavily.

To cross a double yellow to pass is insane its a 4 lane road with a center turn lane 5 lanes total. I am willing to bet he gets nailed with a DUI or DWI and a manslaughter charge.

No charges have been filed, but FHP investigators added they were waiting on the results of blood-alcohol tests, which will be available in six to eight weeks. Miller said investigators were making sure they build a strong case before filing any charges.

I thought they could do that (breath test) at the road side.

He must of refused that test and went with the court ordered blood test.

This does not look good.

No, but lots and lots of strip clubs. Patrick Air Force base is about 1/2 mile North of this area.
