Wrapped Accounts
Does anyone here have any experiences with wrapped accounts? My broker is recommending that I put a large block of money in a wrapped account. I invest for the long term and do not plan on moving the money for the next two years.
Is and or has anyone been in wrapped accounts? Has anyone considered them and formed an opinion? I am just starting my research so any comments or leads on info would be appreciated Steve

Don't kno anything about this personally but a quick google resulted in this:
"Let's start with a quick overview of what are commonly known in the money management biz as "wrap" fees. About 20 years ago, wrap fees or wrap accounts were a new way for individual investors to pay a money manager to choose and then monitor a portfolio of stocks or bonds or a combination of both."
