Clinton gave the CIA orders to destroy al Qaeda in '95, and gave explicit orders to kill OBL in '98. The CIA failed at both. For whatever reason, Bush decided to use military means. That has so far failed.

But consider that Eric Rudolph evaded capture for 5 years -- partly due to the assistance of true believers who protected him -- in a small corner of North Carolina. A determined man, surrounded by friends, can remain at large for a long, long time.

Of course you conveniently forget to mention that we now know that Richard Clarke, Clinton holdover and liberal hero was the one that actually had the family flown out of the country...not the President. It helps when you do not tell lies of omission or use innuendo to obfuscate..
