Go find that English guy and have him do it - A 911 is Born

To quote a local radio station, all I want in these car/bike shows is "More rock, Less talk". Show me a craftsman creating or the process needed to make something, how-to's etc. Kind of like Norm Abrams on New Yankee Workshop but in a garage.

On other news, I have asked Discovery Channel to suspend airing programs featuring Billy Lane. Said that it would show Discovery in a poor light and he does not deserve the exposure. Probably won't make any difference but worth a shot.

I have some ideas that could make that episode VERY interesting.

The first season of CARPOCOLYPSE is the bomb !! I never stopped laughing from the moment it came on.

Reminded me of every redneck I went to high school with!!

Wouldn't you want to be "part of the Foose family"?

How about something from the Coddington Clowns?

To answer the original question, YES.

Do you think the producers of Coddington's crap are secretly laughing behind his back? I'm serious. Anybody with half a brain can see that he's an ass and the cars he produces match. I can't believe its still on. (or he is still in business know that the world knows what kind of guy he is and crap he makes.)

I think the bigger question is: have choppers jumped the shark...

Real choppers? Or the 99% of the motorcycles out there that are merely phallic chromosexual abortions?

The latter, yes. The former, never.

chopper shows? What's a chopper show?
It's all crap, even the first season. posers, pretenders, people trying to act like it is reality instead of scripted. Plus I think Harleys and harley based bikes are antique junk so there's no appeal there either.

The only reason I watch that boyd cottington show is to see the cars and the mechanical work, half the time i have the mute on.

The best looking chopper? My nomination still goes to the "Billy Bike" of EZ Rider fame. Hard to top a classic like that....

asphaltgambler 09-29-2006 12:31 PM

Yeah..................choppers as they are today......definitely jumped the shark. I really don't f@ckin think the rear tires could be any wider or the front end any longer.
