Inside winter storage, What to charge???

Hi,
I own a shop it northwest Ohio 6,000sq feet to be exact. I'm wanting to lease out spots for car storage this winter. My shop is heated with radiant heat (gas) and stays 58-65 and season. This is not a damp warehouse but a very nice and dry building. What should I charge?? I want to be fair but I can't give it away? Any idea?

Are there any other vehicle storage businesses in your area? You could shop around with one of your Porsches and see what the going rates are...

$75 - $100 bucks/month seems right. I'm in Chicago though--maybe too high.

In Grand Rapids, I store my car hooked up to a trickle charger in a 55 -60 degree secure facility for which I pay $75 per month - six month minimum.

I'd go $100 if you're reasonably close to a population center. The large storage facilities rent out a small unheated garage space (barely big enough to get a 911 into) for about $75 around here (north of Detroit). Possibly more security then what you're offering though.

Depends on size. Individual stalls, or all the cars stuffed in a common room? Workbech area? Electrical outlets?

I considered doing this with a warehouse I have. Already has a compressed air system. Individual booths with a workbench and lights.

I ended up renting it out to a couple different companies that needed a few thousand feet. Easier to build a couple walls than a couple dozen.

The storage would be in one end of the building with out lets for battery chargers. The cars would be stored next to one another in rows, car covers recomended. I think $100 a month or $80 if you book 5 months and pay in full
