Sacramento-Silver Star Swap meet
Annual swap meet/concourse event, held at Porsche Auto dismantler in Rancho Cordova. Not sure if this is the appropriate place to put this, but there are always a few nice cars out there, and if you are in search of something Porsche, you may just find it.
I am told that a few years ago a dude pulled up with a tractor trailor and was liquidating stuff for super cheap, some stuff free. This really quite pissed off my buddy who was trying to sell a bunch of parts, tough to get any cash for your pristine turn signal lenses when some guy is giving them away. Silver Star Recyclers

That guy bought a bunch of my stuff and then tried to flip it at his spot, but I saw him load up my old stuff at the end of the day, so the joke's on him....

No clue - it's usually in October, but that site is so out of date
FWIW, there's a swap at the W-X freeway on Sunday. Mostly American stuff, but there's always a surprise or two.

Sunday Oct 8th, SS Recyclers closed on Sundays. That link is out of date for the 2005 event, but it has a map.
Jim already had a van and trailer full of stuff, got to take most of it home with him when the guy showed with the give away stuff, could not cash in on it. I understand the PCA is doing a concourse event with this, so it may be bigger than it has in years past
