I have a neighbor with a dog that used to bark all the time. they got a collar for it that when it bark, it gets shocked. After a while, it didn't even need to have a battery in it for it to work.

Or, tell her the dog ran away.

I can't kick her out. Her name is on the lease along with mine. Otherwise I'd have more options here.

I intend to share some of these ideas with her tonight. Think I'll try the coins in the can thing first.

Have you people never owned a dog? How about petting it, playing with it, and letting it know there is no need to be scared.

If the dog is snapping at kids professional training may be needed.
