Forming my own government, help please.
 

Pat's thread got me thinking and I want my own government too!

This is a work in progress so you input is welcome. I'm thinking:

1. Total freedom of expression (as long as you don't infringe on other peoples space/freedom)
2. no taxes
3. no firearms restrictions
4. no substance restrictions
5. lots of chicks with big boobs
6. clothing optional (see 5) although in certain cases mu mu's will be mandated by a tribunal.

Wow this governmental stuff is tough.. I need to take a break!

I think your first step needs to be requesting "aid and relief" from the US Government. Use the money to buy booze.

And if you're not planning to have a military, you can arrange to be a US protectorate. That way, you can have rival tribes bombed if they try to take #5 away.

I want to declare myself and my family a Native American Tribe. I'll even setup a tee-pee in the yard and dance rain dances, right next to the black-jack tables and the quarter slots.

Are you going to sell tax-free cigarettes too?

Big boobs yes but not those gross freakishly large like half the womans bodyweight boobs, those are just disgusting. I will commission some of you brainy types her to setup some algorithms to determine excessive boob size. In the spirit of tolerance medium and small boobs will be welcome also.


Wow my first governmental decree!

We are going to need some place to set up this government but no place cold. I'm a native S. Kalifornian so I can't handle any of the snow and ice stuff. Perhaps one of those tropical islands off Hawaii or the Caribbean. Initially we will sponge off the US Government for aid to get the ball rolling however I am hopping this will be such a happy fun place people will flock here and we will be self sustaining in no time.

For starters the government could set up a brewery and distillery to defray cost.

Find someone the US cares about to threaten (or be able to make a nuclear bomb). This will help you get aid.

Or, declare war on the US, attack them, then lose.

You get no aid if you win.

Done and done...

Oh yeah and...

7. No drinking and driving.

How about a really weird Government? One that operates on what the constitution says rather than what a pack of liberal judges says it says.

How about a flat tax with no write-offs, say 10%? Would need a super majority to raise taxes or tinker with the system too. It's real simple. You make $25k a year, you pay $2500. You make $10 million, you pay $1 million. No more loopholes or favortism. No room for class warfare.

I think we need a const. amend. that, unless you're independently wealthy, you MUST have a job. No welfare, no handouts, no whining.

Criminal justice system? Muhahhahaha. Bring back chain gangs and labor camps. Violent predators get executed, maybe get one appeal. No more lethal injection. I'm thinking more along the lines of Braveheart's execution. Just think about the low rate of recidivism among dead prisoners.

Most important of all - failure to use a turn signal or get out of the left lane is a FELONY. Ditto with cell phone chatting while driving unless hands free. Oh, one can only dream.

I say combine #3 and #5. chicks with big boobs and guns!

the first you need to do in forming your own government is to write your constitution....then spend the next 200 years revising it.

Oh yeah, I didnt think of that . Never mind.... (Boobs cloud my better judgment).

Prisons, labor camps, and chain gangs take huge amounts of money to run. I say we export all convicts to another country.... like America. Maybe they can get refugee status like all those Haitians did back in the day.
