Anybody use a remote motion detector home security system
 

Any suggestions for a inexpensive motion detecting home security system. I am looking for one with multiple battery powered sensors to mount in my yard and out near my hangar (250' away) that will send a discreet signal to a receiver in my bedroom. I do not need the phone dialer types. I just want a simple system to alert me when the local teens are toilet papering my yard or heaven forbid someone is breaking into my hangar.

I do not know much about these systems yet and I wonder if tree branches or small animals (like cats or possums will trigger them).

There seems to be quite a few vendors selling the "Driveway Patrol WIRELESS MOTION SENSOR DETECTOR ALARM" on Ebay.

You can't get much cheaper that item 320036699044. I can't vouch for it's effectiveness but looks like it may fit the bill.
