We are ready to move on and buy.....................just have been waiting the market out here and now it's coming to us.
I have been looking at properties for over a year, receive daily updates in price adjustments and new listings. I know several people both trying to sell and 2 realtors long time in the business. I do know some construction and am able to identify good construction from bad and most potential issues. We DO like the house, but it does represent a lot of sweat and $$ over the next few years to return it to it's "former glory" Of all the properties I have seriously looked into in the last 6 months it is the best overall investment at that price assuming he will bite. I will keep you guiys posted..............going to work on the financial end now to shore up the offer. |

Out here, that kind of $$$ will buy you a real nice piece of property. (probably not in Phooeynix, though) Go to Realtor.com if you are interested in the prices of houses in different regions of the country.

Actually the pics are p!ss poor. The house and lot look much nicer in person. Just weathered looking from no outside paint/ cleaning
