K 9,
It got moved in less than 1/2 hour, I should have known. Bad move.
The late Bob Wolleck used to ride a sweet ultra light frame before major races. Sadly it was that sweet ride that caused his demise. ;~((

Ah, I see we have some roadies with in our culture, very nice. Losing weight in the driver dept. is the cheapest way to improve our power/weight ratio.
Graham: Zipp weaponry has great wind slicers, very nice ride. Ironman is only something and can dream about, my personal best distance wise is a Century.

J.P.

I have the Grand Daddy of AERO Bikes....an Araya Aero with Shimano AX components...I bought it way back in 82, retail on it was $1600. It always said, "FASTER, FASTER, FASTER...TABBY"

I started with an 02 Specialized Allez Sport. The frame cracked under warranty and Specialized gave me an 04 S-Works E5 Aerotec Columbus frameset as an upgrade!

I have since upgraded the 105/Tiagra components to ultegra all around. Avatar saddle as well.

Last thing to upgrade will be the wheels which are still the 02 ALX2002s. I'm pretty happy with my bike.
